We are seeking an enthusiastic sales person with good communication along with their regional language. You will be resourceful, highly organized and self-motivated to put processes in place.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers/clients as they shop for new products
• Suggest applicable and relevant upsells to help customers walk out the door with everything they need
• Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly sales quotas and target oriented
• Learn how products work and how to troubleshoot issues with customers
• Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management
• Assist other team members with transactions when necessary

Telecallers initiate telephonic contact with existing and prospective clients in order to generate sales. Given their reliance on spoken language, telecallers ought to display excellent verbal communication and understand client/customer requirements and try to give first call resolution.
